ONE Transfer subscriptions
Fair-Use Policy
Effective 21 August 2026. This policy applies to subscription transfers in addition to the general terms.
Allowances and billing
Each plan includes a stated monthly data allowance. Usage is measured from the exact uploaded bytes and recorded once per completed transfer. The allowance resets at the start of each subscription billing period; unused allowance does not roll over.
Usage above the included allowance is charged at the overage rate shown for the subscription. Accrued overage is added to the next period invoice. Cancelling a subscription does not waive already accrued overage.
Operational limits
- Maximum 100 GB per upload session.
- Concurrent upload and download limits are shown with the plan and enforced per account.
- Retention and completed-download limits remain those selected for each transfer.
- Temporary concurrency leases expire automatically after interrupted activity.
Prohibited use
Subscriptions may not be resold, shared between unrelated organizations, used as a public CDN, used for automated mass redistribution, or used to distribute unlawful, malicious, infringing, or abusive material. Attempts to bypass transfer, account, malware-scanning, retention, download, or concurrency controls are prohibited.
Enforcement
ONE Transfer may throttle or temporarily suspend abnormal activity that threatens security, availability, or other customers. Where practical, we will contact the account owner before restricting legitimate high-volume business usage and offer an appropriate Business plan.
